Why Should I See It ? (1) PEAKY BLINDERS

What’s up guys✌🏼, today i will tell you about a series which enters in my top 3, i’m so glad to present you Peaky Blinders!! 🔪🤯

In this chain of “Why I Should see it ?” I will give you my opinion on different kind of series and eventually movies. Of course it’s my personal opinion, it’s not impartial but trust me I’ve seen a lot of tv shows.

A notorious gang in 1919 in Birmingham, England, is led by the fierce Thomas Shelby and his gypsy family. He is a crime boss, motivated to move in another place of the world, no matter what it takes 💰🔪. So we find his gang named peaky blinders in a very impoverished post war England 🇬🇧. 

Why you should watch this tv show: 

• It’s based on a true story, the Peaky Blinders actually existed. They weren’t 4 brothers, just 3 friends at the head of the gang AND THAT’S “FOUKING” GREAT like they said. 🤩
• The historic’s context is new, because usually we don’t see this part of the England’s story at the tv. Most of the time they used Victorian era with Jack the ripper, or Sherlock Holmes  etc..
• Pleaaase watch it in English or subtitled in French, you will work on your Birmingham accent. A  disgusting accent for a Londoner but really cool when we listen with our French ears. So, when you get into a room, you can shout, « It’s the Peaky Foucking Blinders boy! ».
• Actors are really great and they have a lot of charisma. During season 4 we will even see Tom Hardy, the famous actor.
• Each season contains 6 episodes of around fifty minutes each, this is really great for people who don’t have a lot of time. 👌🏼
